- Sallie Walsh
Sallie Walsh has been practicing yoga since 2007. She was drawn to yoga for the many physical and mental health benefits that it offered. Sallie found solace on her mat after she suffered from postpartum depression and the death of her beloved father. By delving into her practice, she was able to listen to her inner voice and find a strength and agility that she had lost. It was after this transformational period that Sallie was inspired to pursue her 200 HR RYT certification. Sallie devotes her time to bringing the magic of yoga to the young and wise. She has a unique style that directs students to blend their breath with their movement while emphasizing alignment and encouraging students to tap into the energy of the Earth and allow that healing energy to be felt throughout the practitioner's body.
