Hello! My name is Holly and I am a fitness fanatic and yogi at heart. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and have experience with everything from collage volleyball, personal training, small group exercise and yoga. I am currently a full time yoga instructor and stay at home mom. I received my 200hr YTT and enjoy teaching a wide range of yoga classes. I specialize in gentle yoga, vinyasa flow, power yoga, and yin yoga.
My busy active lifestyle and eagerness to share my passion for yoga has led me to this wonderful opportunity. I would love to have you join me each morning for a unique and inspiring yoga session by the ocean. Whether you are searching for a way to spice up your practice or looking to refuel while on vacation, my classes will leave you feeling fully connected..mind, body, and spirit. Namaste
