I have been practicing yoga for about 18 years.  As a dancer in my younger days, I was instantly drawn to yoga as a form of exercise and stretching. Being active has always been important to me; however, over the years, I began to deeply appreciate more of the benefits that yoga has to offer, such as stress relief, detoxification, spiritual growth, and healing from trauma.   I love being outdoors, and I especially love being on the beach with friends and family.
