Wife, mom, world traveler, fitness enthusiast. The reason I set disciplines in my life to care for my body is so that I can live fully and have the health and energy to do the things I want with those I love. I want to do all I can to keep my health in check, and I hope to pass that desire along to other who I train. I believe in functional training and having set, realistic, goals and spill over into all the other important areas of our lives.
