Sara Gaul

I am a 33 year old Marketing professional by day. I oversee marketing strategy + experiential events for a large retailer. My day job has allowed me to travel the world where I have experienced fitness and yoga in various formats. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and was recently certified with 100 Hours through Yoga Alliance. I will be completing another 100 hours in November 2019. After completion of my 100 hour training, I was accepted into a mentorship program where I am actively teaching between trainings. I have also completed continuing education opportunities including meditation, breath work and deep stretch workshops.
