Rachael brings a sense of joy and gratitude into each sequence. She enjoys a physical practice with challenges to build strength and make Savasana that much sweeter.

Rachael, RYT200, was just looking for a hobby one winter evening, but found so much more when she walked into Yoga-Mojo Studio’s “Yoga 101” class. She met an instructor (Loretta Jo) and found a space that changed her path and would eventually impact every part of her life. She had practiced yoga before, but what she experienced at her first practice at Yoga-Mojo was like nothing she had felt before. As she walked out of the studio that night, she knew that she had found what she was looking for and never looked back. Rachael completed her teacher training with Loretta Jo and is excited to start sharing her love of yoga with others.
