My name is Montana, having worked in the fitness industry for the past three years, I’ve seen the good and the bad. I’ve found a lot of conflicting and sometimes harmful advice on how to treat my body. I would follow a trend for a while, find it not work, and start over with a new trend. Eventually, I said “Enough!” I wanted to learn the science for myself. Since then I have dedicated myself to researching and teaching women’s fitness. Working with all kinds of people I started to notice a trend; a lot of them wanted to get fit for their wedding, high school reunion, or other big occasion. They wanted to go on a cleanse, start an over the top fitness program, or crash diet their way to losing a few pounds. Most people don’t know the consequences this could have on the body. People loose sleep and add stress to an already stressful time, and this doesn’t even take into account the negative way their bodies would rebound at the end.

 This is my training philosophy and what I teach my clients!
