Meaghan Banach

Meaghan Banach started her journey with Yoga after her oldest son turned one! Searching for something to get her identity back after becoming a mom, she enrolled in a 9 month, 200 hour, Teacher Training at the Yoga Den in Jacksonville, FL. She quickly fell in love with the challenge and complexity of her practice. She went on to graduate in April of 2013 with her 200 hour Yoga Certification as well as an additional Prenatal Certification.

Meaghan has been teaching yoga now for 6 years. She has worked at various studios around the Jacksonville area and also taught corporate yoga through her own business for a time. She currently teaches Fitness Yoga at Julington Creek Recreation center.
