I love to travel and I am a successful yoga retreat  facilitator with  a passion to share my experience and expertise in creating memorable healing yoga retreats, since 2001,  Please  see in the video on my website, for my profile and references. 
 Real Life Yoga is for Real Life People. I have a wonderful dedicated following of all levels of fitness and age groups. I specialize in teaching elders with most conditions and limitations

I am a passionate instructor who lives her yoga daily. Experienced in  all levels of fitness ,therapeutic yoga, yoga and the 12 steps of recovery, and sober life coach I have extensive experience in a variety of styles, can quickly modify in all kinds of conditions, including weather and mobility. I love teaching yoga in the water too.  

I am a responsible dedicated seasoned  instructor who continues my own practice learning from some of the most world renowned teachers,  Shiva Rea, Tommy Rosen , Sean Corn and Baron Baptiste ,to name a few.
my style of teaching  is eclectic, therapeutic ,noncompetitive and nurturing.

Another long lasting passion of mine is teaching water aerobics, I have instructed water aerobics for over 14 yrs.
