I have been teaching group fitness for over 15 years and I currently teach Pilates, willpower and grace, cycle, cardio bodysculpting, and Body Works. I have also taught step, kickboxing, and various other aerobic formats.  I currently teach for RWJ Rahway Fitness and Wellness Center, the Rahway Recreation Center, and LA Fitness; I have taught at Rutger's University in the past.  I have PhD in Neuroscience and work as a Professor full time, but I continue to teach fitness because I truly love it!
