Maureen White

Hello! My name is Maureen White, I am 40 years old and am a stay at home mom, group exercise instructor and personal trainer. Prior to having children I was and ER nurse, but have always loved fitness. I have a big background in MMA, having achieved my black belt at age 30. 

I absolutely LOVE what I do. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and it’s my passion. I love challenging all my clients, whether in personal training or group ex. I also think it’s imperative to offer modifications so everyone can leave my classes feeling successful and knowing they worked as hard as they could but also smart. I take great pride in my job and would love to bring my energy, knowledge and enthusiasm to the resort industry.
