ZOE Hayduk Sloan

Zoé has been practice and studying yoga principles since 2008. She brings a passion and compassion to her teaching style that tends to resonate deeply with her students. 

Zoe teaches multiple styles of yoga and meditation finding in each of the separate styles. From the energy and vigor of a vinyasa flow to the contemplative holds of hatha or the connection of body mind and breath in yin. In addition to traditional styles of yoga Zoé is also qualified and credentialed to teach barre and self myofascial release as well as yoga shred which is a hiit style yoga fitness fusion. 

In addition to being a 200 hr RYT Zoé is a life long athlete, runner and nutrition but as well.
