Aimee Cassell

I have studied and practiced yoga for the past 10 years. My RYT 200 hour certification was obtained in the Chicago area from Melt Pilates and Hot Yoga in Algonquin, IL. in the summer of 2018 after years of dedicated practice. It become clear to me during a personal journey in 2017 that teaching was a missing piece in my life. I teach a dynamic class full of creativity with a determined focus on the foundation of yoga principals. Participants can expect a class full of guided poses and flows with a message that provides them a strong sense of the principals of yoga. 

Philosophy:

Yoga is a way to transform not only your body, but your heart and soul. Its a way to heal, laugh and endure your way through life on and off your mat. A form of expression, your yoga practice can be the the link that ties all the avenues of your life together. Yoga is a safe space to be yourself and to show up just as you are without judgments, doubts, fears, or expectations. Yoga is a constant in our ever changing lives. With practice we are able to love more, embrace each day, live in the moment, create joy and welcome every experience.
