Jamie Koselke

I am a 43 year old school teacher, mother and wife, who loves fitness! I currently teach Pound at my hometown studio in Bellevue, Ohio! It is hands down our clients favorite format! Pound attracts all ages and genders, and everyone leaves feeling accomplished and stress free! I am newly certified in Strong by Zumba and am beyond excited to bring this format to my fitness family! My teaching style is upbeat, friendly, and motivating for all participants. I know how to modify the workout to fit the needs of any participant I teach! Teaching fitness is truly my passion I have been blessed to me so many amazing people along the way!
