I am a wife, mother and full time medical professional living in WI. I have been involved in fitness all of my life. I ran in cross country and was a gymnast in high school. I taught group exercise in my 20s. I ran 2 marathons in my 30s. One marathon was the Boston since I qualified in my first marathon. I currently work full time, raise a family and teach part time at our local gym. I have always loved teaching and find it fills my soul as much as the body. I enjoy all sorts of activities and live a very active lifestyle. I enjoy the outdoors and also traveling.
