Crystal Haddon

Hi there, 

I am a certified Yoga Teacher as well as a school teacher. I played over 20 years of soccer with the majority of it being at the highest level of soccer in Canada. I also have participated in soccer at the National level, representing Alberta. 

I enjoy helping others find their inner strength and inner happiness. I find that I'm able to do this through teaching and yoga is just one of the ways I do so. 

I have been able to combine both my teaching certifications and have taught yoga to over 50 Elementary aged students at once. Other teachers couldn't believe how quiet and engaged my students were but I knew it was because yoga is powerful in many ways. 

I really just enjoy spreading joy and look forward to being able to do so on a global level with Yoga.
