Theresa Spicer has been teaching various group fitness classes for the past 25 years and has been instructing yoga for the past 10 years. Theresa is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and YogaFit. Her yoga classes are based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga – blending balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.
