I have enjoyed attending group aerobic classes for over 14 years. I decided a year ago that I would like to provide for others the energy and professionalism that I have witnessed so many times in the classes I have taken.
I have taken college classes in Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Kinesiology. I am always trying to learn whatever I can about group fitness classes by observing other instructors, video and magazine publications. I truly believe as an instructor my goal is to keep participants safety in mind first and make the workout experience as fun and challenging as possible.
