Nancy Boland

Nancy Boland is a Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Health & Wellness Coach & Personal Trainer with a BA in Psychology, MS in Exercise Science. She teaches yoga, meditation and functional training with attention toward the refinement and mastery of the body, mind & spirit. 

Her credentials and extensive experience in Ashtanga yoga, health & wellness coaching, personal training, Reiki, Thai bodywork & aromatherapy set the groundwork which uniquely qualify her to help clients become their personal best. 

Nancy believes having a healthy lifestyle fosters joy and vitality to illuminate one's individual strengths to balance out any weaknesses on both a physical and mental level.  When yoga is practiced regularly & mindfully with breath, the body becomes organized from the inside out. This awareness builds confidence to improve self efficacy.  Once the mind is calm, then clarity of thought and subsequent action can be achieved to make good decisions which sustain a healthy, happy lifestyle.
