Cassandra Moeller

“My mission is to help all people live better lives through the connection of mind and body.  I will help people find their spiritual, mental and physical edge using the gift mindful movement.  My practice includes a love for all people, no matter where they are in spirit, mind and body.”

 

My practice began in 1991 and I quickly obtained YogaFit Levels I & II training.  I have been practicing and teaching since.  In 2014, I achieved my RYT200 certification with MaryKay Marquardt.  I also hold certifications as a YMCA Group Exercise Instructor/Trainer, MOSSA Certified Group Power and Group Core Instructor, Keiser Cycle Instructor, YMCA Foundations of Strength and Conditioning, NETA Certified Personal Trainer, as well as holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

 

I specialize in Vinyasa, and Gentle Yoga practices, as well as mindfulness/meditative practices to help people cope with depression, anxiety and stress.  The ability of the mind to affect the body and the body to affect the mind is powerful.  Helping the body and mind work together leads to a greater sense of peace and joy, allowing our spirit to soar to new heights.

 

I also have a special interest in seeking Christ through my practice.  Since Yoga has historically been a tool for people to be able to sit comfortably to meditate on their spiritual focuses, it has become a tool through which I have learned can help her connect herself to His will and wisdom.
