Grant Paterakos

Hi,
My Name is Grant Paterakos. I'm 23 years old, I'm a personal trainer with an online coaching business as well. Currently getting my 200-hr Yoga alliance teacher training certification. My passion is fitness, from playing sports, to lifting weights, to doing yoga. I've played sports my entire life, started lifting weights in 2009, got into yoga in 2012 and now am certified to train people and will have my Yoga alliance certification as of April 14th.

I also LOVE LOVE LOVE to travel. I'm one of the few people on trips that actually shows up for the workouts or yoga on the beach.
