I'm an IT consultant moonlighting as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer 3 nights a week.
I got into coaching to fill the void after graduating from school & losing the position of Player/Coach of the SMU Rugby Team.
I love fitness & tech and am always excited to talk about the new tools coming out for trainers to leverage.
I'm a huge fan of suspension training & kettlebells but am always excited to learn new exercise patterns.
