James Hanton

My name is James Hanton and im 36 yrs old. I was Born and raised in Chicago, IL from 1982-2005. Im 1 or 5 siblings falling right in the middle. I received a scholarship in football and played 3yrs at University of St. Francis. After graduation in 2005, I moved to wichita, Ks to train for the NFL and play for an Arena Football team. I then met my wife that year where we fell in love. Since then, we moved to Overland Park, Kansas City, KS and i've been married to my wife for 11yrs now and we have 3 beautiful children together at ages 12, 8, and 3.

My wife and I have always been involved in sports and health/fitness and we wanted to change lives. We are living are passion and helping hundreds of lives change day by day.
