Stacey Downing

Stacey is a fully trained Stott Pilates instructor as well as an accomplished and experienced Exercise Physiologist with over 30 years in the Health and Wellness industry. She is 500 RYT Power/Viniyasa and is passionate about coaching all exercise techniques including Pilates, Bootcamp, Fascia movement, and Barre. Stacey is a Wellness coach and teaches her Sbody METHOD format which fuses Pilates+Yoga+Barre+Gyrokinesis+flexibility+core strength.

I’m core barre and Total barre certified and have been a group fitness instructor for 30 years. I am Stott pilates Mat certified also. I was studio owner for 15 years and taught boot camp, barre, pilates, bosu, TRX , aerial. I will upload my barre certifications and Stott pilates certification too. I was AFAA way back but keep my Stott certifications and required CEU’s up to date.
