Kimberley Bruce

I have a supportive, incredible husband & two amazing children.  I live in Sherwood Park, AB, Canada & have been in the health industry for over 30 years.  After having kids I moved from Corporate Canada (Kodak & American Express) to managing Power Music Canada (which is a music company that produces music for instructors).  Through this I travelled across Canada selling fitness music to instructors from 2000-2015.  My teaching & training has become a passion for me as I love to share my energy & knowledge with individuals ready to make a change for themselves.  I teach a variety of disciplines from cycle to yoga as well as personal train & nutrition coach.
