Jackie Dufresne

I was born and raised in Manchester New Hampshire and i wouldn't  have it any other way. It is where I have raised my family and have operated my business and I am proud to live here. I am the mother of three wonderful children who are now grown and leading their own lives. Although I do miss their presence around the house, I now get to enjoy some me time! In the summer, I take advantage of the beautiful state in which I inhabit and hike the gorgeous mountains and the scenery. I also love to travel. My most recent trip was in February to Key Biscayne Florida while there I was blessed with the opportunity to spontaneously teach rooftop yoga class at the Atton Brickell Hotel in Miami. My strongest passion lays in yoga, as I am 200 Hour Certified instructor, I volunteer at several organizations teaching mindfulness. I am also certified to teach Y12SR through Nikki Myers (yoga for the twelve steps of recovery). Much like my career in real estate, I use  yoga as an avenue to positively influence others and teaching allows me to do so.
