I have always had a passion for health and fitness.  I became a certified personal trainer in 2007 and a certified nutrition and wellness specialist in 2009.  During this time I always enjoyed balancing my training with yoga.  It wasn’t until 2010 that the yoga flame in me grew stronger and yoga became my way of training.  It was the only way for me to train my body together with my mind and spirit.  The connection between my emotional and physical body became stronger than any weight I could lift or bench press.  I took my first yoga teacher training course in the spring of 2013 and now enjoy teaching others various forms of yoga while I continue to further my daily practice. Most of my yoga classes are vinyasa based with aspects of strength and power. I also received my power yoga training with Power Yoga Canada in the winter of 2021 and am a certified barre instructor. I enjoy adding a little variety into my teaching while helping others make positive changes in their life.
