I have enjoyed teaching group fitness for almost 20 years in a variety of settings. I have worked at large gyms (Golds, Peak Fitness, the Spa), community centers, YMCAs, etc. In May of 2007, I will begin teaching at the first Lifetime Fitness club in North Carolina.
I have many certifications as well as a current CPR cerification. I like to teach low impact, strength training, water classes, cycling,and mat Pilates (I have 2 Pilates certifications).
I worked with Mark Burns from PCA and am looking forward to taking another working trip.
