Graeme has been personal training and instructing classes for 16 years specializing in movement based and functional training. He holds his Personal Training as well as his Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Other notable certifications/trainings include; Strongfirst Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor, and has passed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) Massage Therapy exam.
Currently he is the Fitness Director at River Bend Golf & Country club where he oversee's programming and operations for the fitness center at one of Northern Virginia's premier private clubs. Graeme is a hands on Director and still keeps up with 15 hours of personal training along with teaching several group classes weekly. Formats include; Strength and Conditioning, Toning & Sculpting, Boot camp, Metabolic Conditioning, Tabata Core, and Stretch/Flexibility classes. Whether he's doing one-on-one, small group, or large group classes, Graeme always incorporates his philosophy of moving more effectively and efficiently into all his programs.
