My name is Renee Rees and I have been teaching Physical and Health Education at the high school level for over 15 years. Specifically, I have been teaching personal fitness for the past 6 years. I run a teacher fitness program all through the year, with a focus on high intensity interval training (HIIT). I have also been an active coach throughout my teaching career (volleyball, basketball, track, cross-country). I am a certified JOGA Coach. I have been working with young athletes at the high school and university level, as well as adults in my community. Growing up, I was a competitive athlete, playing volleyball at the Collegiate level. I am also a certified STRONG by Zumba Instructor.
