Kate completed 200 hour yoga teacher training with CorePower Yoga, (RYT 200) and she teaches "power yoga" (heated Vinyasa flow) classes at CorePower Yoga corporate studios.
She began her personal practice when she was working in a high stress career, taking care of two babies, struggling to find balance with her health, and on the verge of mental exhaustion. Yoga taught Kate presence, focus, and patience by connecting breath and mind to an intense physical workout.
In Kate's classes, you can count on turning stress into sweat! Kate strives to make yoga accessible for everyone in all of her classes. She wants her students to feel successful and loves watching when a student connects to a posture or pose that makes them feel great. Kate's hope is that all students step off their mat feeling nourished and balanced and that they immediately feel and see the benefits of yoga in their minds and bodies.
