I am a fitness enthusiast, with my passion focused on yoga and barre. Currently trained through Always At Aum yoga and registered with the yoga alliance. I also have Barre verifications with both BarreAbove and Booty Barre. I love being able to share my knowledge and love of these with others. Yoga has changed my life and if I can make one other person feel that way then I am making a difference.
