Lauren is from Colorado and loves the outdoors, adventure and being active. She is a wife and a mother of 2 kids and 2 fur babies, a cat and a dog. Lauren found yoga is 2015 and immediately fell in love with the physically-demanding aspects of the practice, but more importantly, the softness, mental clarity, and body awareness she gained. Lauren quickly knew she wanted to share this life-changing practice and began teaching in 2018. Her love for the practice and her teaching has continued to flourish from always being a student first.
Lauren’s classes focus on the breath and body connection, mindfulness, dynamic/functional movement and strength building. Her ultimate goal is for every student to have that “ah-ha!” moment when the breath, body and mind are all linked and you get to experience the true magic of yoga.
