I am a fitness professional who is no stranger to the industry. With over 29 years of teaching experience, I has always been passionate and enthusiastic about leading a healthy active lifestyle, and enjoy changing lives and helping people of all fitness levels through group fitness. I specialize in HIIT, TABATA, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Bootcamp, Strength and Conditioning, Spin and TRX, but enjoy all types of fitness classes. I love high energy classes that give the entire body a workout with catchy music and fun movement. Seeing my clients shake off stress, sweat and let loose is what I look forward to the most! Taking a class with me will leave you feeling motivated, invigorated and empowered to seize the day!
I currently train at Anytime Fitness in Midland Ontario and will compete in the UFE (Ultimate Fitness Event) Revolution Event in Cobourg Ontario Canada in May 2020. Fitness has been my passion all of life. I have always been actively involved in fitness and athletics. The energy I project when I teach my classes is truly a testament of my love for fitness and wellness.
Last year I was also nominated, and named a finalist as Canada’s Top Fitness Instructors through Impact Magazine and featured in the January/February 2019 Issue.
