Alex loves all pathways to health and wellness, always exploring and looking for balance. She discovered yoga as a tool to increase mobility and calm her mind to compliment crossfit training. She began her journey with an at-home yoga practice and quickly began starting each day with practice, connecting breath and movement. As time progressed, so did her passion and love for the benefits yoga brought to her life fitness journey.
Alex is a 200 hour RYT, trained at power moves yoga in Batavia, IL. She shares her enthusiasm for the yoga practice teaching at a yoga studio, within the crossfit community and with her second grade students every morning.
