Tammi Henke

I believe yoga, sewing and music bring me to a mediative place.....a place where I think clearer, breathe deeper and feel peace.  My name is Tammi Henke. I enjoy a peaceful life in the rural setting of Water Valley, Alberta, Canada.  I am married, a mother of two grown children with two horses and two dogs.  The best part of my day is an early morning coffee enjoying the view and yet I anxiously await each evening to see what the sky has to share.   I am grateful to enjoy yoga movement that stretches new life into my body and mind, sewing to build my creative mind and music to warm my heart and bring joy to the core of my soul.  I have enjoyed teaching yoga for thirteen years now in our community and various other locations throughout our county.  I have have also been very thrilled to be the drummer for TC & Company for the past eleven years. How and where we grow to is our choice in life's journey......cheers to growing with healthy choices!  Live and lead by example...
