Jodie Modell

My name is Jodie and I am a California native.  I received a degree in liberal arts in 2007 where I focused on women's studies.  I went on to work for a non-profit until I went back to school to obtain my bachelor's degree in nursing in 2010.  I began my career in hospice care where I worked in the field giving one on one patient care and the went on to become the director of a small hospice in San Diego.  It was always a goal and a dream to do a yoga teacher training.  I enjoyed yoga for so long, and I wanted to help people in a different capacity.  I went to Costa Rica and spent 2 weeks in an intensive yoga teacher training where I received my certification recognized by Yoga Alliance. I am thrilled to offer group and private lessons, as well as life and wellness coaching.  I enjoy traveling to different parts of the world, meeting new people and diving to into other cultures.
