I completed my Bachelors in nursing in 1998 from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2004, I obtained my Masters in Nurse Anesthesia from Georgetown University. I’ve been a practicing CRNA since then (been with the same anesthesia group since 2006) and have also been an Army Reservist serving twice on called-to-duty. I’ve always been active, going to the gym regularly since college. Starting in 2010, I developed a love for yoga. Fast forward 8 years later, I became interested in Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga and supporting local nonprofit organizations. This is what encouraged me to get certified. I earned my 200 hr TT to conduct SUP Yoga events to collect donations for these nonprofits. I dabble in a little social media marketing and website writing for the studio I teach at & spend time with my family, from watching movies to water sports...We enjoy traveling!
