I am a certified personal trainer, currently certified by ACE as a CPT and Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant. I am also currently enrolled in the Peak Pilates PPS1 certification program, as well as working on NASM OPT certification. I have been a personal trainer for 2.5 years at Eden Prairie Life Time Athletic Club in Eden Prairie, MN, and have acted as the Assistant Department Head for approximately one year. I have experience teaching aqua group fitness classes as well. In addition to personal training services, I am able to provide fitness assessments, including anaerobic threshold assessments, body age, general fitness assessments, as well as New Leaf Metabolic Testing services.
