Terri ia a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach with over 10 years of experience in the health & fitness industry.
She became a Personal Trainer in 2007. Her personal training clients vary in age and ability, including people who have chronic conditions such as multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy. Terri has been a certified Fitness Instructor since 2014; she enjoys teaching several group fitness classes weekly. She also works with youth sports teams during the off-season.
