She seems like the prototypical blonde.  She loves the beach and the freedom it brings her and will never pass a pair of cute shoes in a window display.  However, Olga is much more than that.  She harbors a vast knowledge of yoga and is dedicated to change people's lives for better. Olga believes whole heartedly in the timelessness of yoga and the balance it brings to practitioners lives. To her, yoga knows no race or gender or age; it is a unifier of all three.  A trained dancer, Olga first discovered yoga as a result of injury. From that first foray into yoga, she felt an instant relief, so much so that she yearned for another class. One class led to another and yet another. Naturally, the next step was teacher training. She figured out very quickly that helping others through yoga brought her a deep sense of contentment. Olga has taught over 1000+ classes throughout DC, NYC, NC and VA areas. She is currently based in Orlando, FL where she brings her cultured sensibility and studied accomplishment to yoga students every day. Her yoga is different. It is full of play and experiments in a safest way possible. Olga brings a unique flavor to the traditional practice, and she cannot wait to have you try it.
