I was born in Grimsby, UK, and began singing and playing the guitar aged fourteen before going on to study Music Technology at Staffordshire University. I achieved a 2:1 B(Sc) degree and then moved to London and became a professional musician, signing a publishing and management deal as a singer/songwriter with Brook Green Music LTD.
After playing numerous live concerts in London and my popularity began to grow online, I began touring. I completed my first tours of the UK, USA, and Europe, before returning to London to record my debut album "Busk Till Dawn" with Stereophonics producer Jim Lowe.
My album was released on Rough Trade Recordings in Europe and over the next few years I toured constantly, opening shows and sharing the stage with the likes of Ed Sheeran, David Duchovny, Roxette, Paolo Nutini, and Rumer, as well as performing over 100 shows in the USA and 250 shows in Europe.
After over ten years of constant travelling with my music, spending months away from home at a time, I decided to focus on spending more time at home with my family. I began to perform more at local events such as weddings, bars, clubs, and restaurants and this enabled me to continue working within my love of music but without all the stress and isolation of a life lived continuously on the road.
I currently live in Vienna, Austria.
