I bring 19 years of fun filled fitness exercise experience to your resort experience which includes HITT core concepts, Aqua moves to motivate and create strength and flexibility, relaxation under the clear skies to top off your experience with calmness and clarity. I gifted myself with fitness 26 years ago and today I’m stronger than ever in my mind, soul, body and spirit! It’s an honor to share my joy filled journeys with you on this path in paradise where we BE the joy we seek in each moment under the sun and stars!
