I am a 200 hour YTT yoga instructor and fitness enthusiast. I first experienced yoga as a student in 1998 and was hooked. I've been teaching yoga for 12+ years and appreciate the many applications of yoga in my life, from wellness and strength to meditation and mindfulness.
As a resident of the upper midwest, I enjoy all four seasons with my family. In the summer, you can find us hiking the bluffs, mountain biking or kayaking. In the winter, we love snow shoeing and nordic skiing.
