At home in Canada, I teach yoga (4+ times/week), sell +renovate homes and take care of my little family.

I started practicing yoga 15 years ago to work through body aches and to clear my busy mind. Six years after being introduced to yoga, I became a Yoga Instructor. I've been teaching for the past eight years. To always be learning is a personal mandate- I completed of an additional 300hr Yoga Teacher training course as well as many continuing education specialty modules. I am currently engrossed in learning more about anatomy and fascia.
In class, I welcome you to come as you are. I give you clear and easy tools to empower your body into the yoga poses. I hope to make you feel at home in the practice and in your body - allowing you to discover new confidence and have breakthroughs you didn't know were possible!
My yoga teaching "styles" include Power (Vinyasa), Deep Flow (think slower movements with breath) Restorative and Yin. I've has taught in schools, parks, backyards, resorts and studios. Currently I teach group Hot Yoga classes at Power Yoga Canada in Mississauga -Ontario, Canada.
