"Work alone is your privilege, never the fruits thereof.  Never let the fruits of your actions be your motive, and never cease to work.  Work in the name of the Lord, abandoning selfish desire.  Be not affected by success or failure.  This equipose is yoga." - Words from one of the great Yoga Guru's, Patanjali.  

These words resonate deep into my core.  From the earliest of my memories I recall having a strong desire to serve. I also felt incredibly connected to God through art & nature.  As a seeker of knowledge, truth & self-study, my path has led me to Natural Healing.  My mother was a personal trainer so I feel she had some influence on instilling the importance of exercise and ultimately led me to a Yoga class in 2006.  At this same time i went through a couple of traumatic life events that made me reevaluate the direction of my life.  I made the choice to complete a 750hr Massage program at that time.  With this career path I began to practice more Yoga and felt a deep connection with it and had been encouraged to teach.  I continued developing my Massage, Energy Healing and other Natural Healing modalities over the course of the next several years.
After having my daughter, I decided when she was 6 months old that I needed to rediscover who I was as my life was going through another drastic change.  I never truly understood the value of Yoga until I immersed myself in the life during Yoga Teacher Training that year.  I never realized it was a life practice or a life style.  The Yana, or meditative side of Yoga awoke sleeping pieces of my soul and allowed me to break free from my own chains.  My body healed, my mind was still, I could control my emotions and my Spirit was free!  

I learned how to exponentially improve the quality of my client's and students lives and experience by combining Yoga & other Alternative Healing. No matter how I am serving I always address the mind, body & spirit for they cannot be separate but work as one.  Practicing what i preach and extensive experience in the professional healing arts for over 11 years now I have developed an understanding for what an individual needs and how to best facilitate that need.  My love for knowledge and my gift in communication and presence allows me to adapt and easily convey the basic, scientific and esoteric wisdom's behind a practice.

My love for this work is not separate from my life, my career and personal life are one in the same.  
I live to serve simply for the privilege of serving.
