Laura Bastiani

Laura was born and raised in Idaho with a passion for all things Fitness & Wellness related! This passion led her to earn a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Sport Science as well as certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Sports Nutrition, Eating Psychology, Yoga, Indoor Cycling and many others. Laura is best known for teaching challenging but fun fitness classes and cooking up healthy and delicious food. Her other interests include mountain biking, snowshoeing, traveling and playing with her dog, Rocco!
