Susan Yuh

1.  My name is Susan Yuh Gregory.  I am a full-time entrepreneur by trade.  I am married to my husband, Todd.  We have 3 teens. I was born in Seoul, South Korea.  I immigrated to the United States as a child with my family.  Our family moved around quite a bit, until we settled in the Philadelphia area where I grew up from about age 10.  I went to Penn State University, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Supply Chain and Information Systems. I attended a semester abroad in The Netherlands, attending the University of Maastricht.  

I speak English fluently, Korean as well as basic conversational Spanish.  

I moved to North Carolina in Nov 2000.  I worked in large high-technology companies in Supply Chain, Purchasing and Vendor Management.  Fitness has always been a passion.  It has been an outlet for me emotionally and physically.  I was an avid runner for years, where I was a pace-group leader for my pace group size of approximately 100-150 people.  The entire running group was 550-600 people.  I ran 9 full marathons, 11 half marathons, 1 ultra marathon (50 km) and a Sprint Triathlon.  The running was strenuous on my body and I went back to practicing yoga.  

I love the community and classes at Indigo Hot Yoga Center and wanted to be more involved.  Yoga helps me to keep grounded, stay in the present and be more mindful outside of my practice.  My husband & I love to travel and excited to be able to guide others in their Yoga practice while enjoying life to the fullest.
