Caroline Dilger

My name is Caroline Dilger. I have always been active and into sports growing up.  After having my third baby girl, I fell in love with group fitness classes at my local gym.  Not too long after that, I took a leap of faith at got certified as a PiYo Live instructor.  I love teaching because it takes me out of my comfort zone and I can grow as an individual as well as transforming the lives of everyone who takes my classes.
