Rosie has been practicing yoga since she was 5 years old. She has been leading yoga since 2004. She opened her own studio in March 2014. She teaches a blend many styles of yoga incorporating some flow, lots of breath and some holding of the poses. Participants in her classes enjoy the blend of stretching, strength and relaxation. She has taught yoga at Club Med Punta Cana with Alex Vilera as the Sports Manager.
